Every rack manifold we build is configured to your job — drop count, pitch, QD type, geometry. Supply and return manifold pairs for direct-to-chip liquid cooling: vertical zero-U pairs for EIA-310 19-inch racks, blind-mate pairs for 21-inch OCP ORV3 racks, horizontal top-of-rack headers, and full custom geometry for retrofits. Headers are 304 or 316L stainless tube (316L standard on wetted surfaces), orbital-TIG welded, with OCP UQD or UQDB dry-break quick disconnects at every drop. Designed for PG25 and treated-water loops at 150 psi maximum working pressure.

Because every manifold is configured to order, there is no tooling charge and no minimum quantity — the reference designs below are starting points, not fixed products. Horizontal supply and return headers that mount across the top of the rack with drops facing down — the clean way to feed hose whips, rear-door heat exchangers, or sidecar coolers from overhead row piping without a vertical manifold in the rack. Row-feed terminations are your call: UQD08, 1.5-inch FNPT, tri-clamp, or grooved ends. Reference design from $3,100/pair; drop count and geometry quoted in 24-48 hours. For brownfield retrofits where nothing is standard: legacy cabinets, nonstandard post spacing, obstructed rear channels, or mixed hardware generations on one loop. We build from your field survey, rack elevation, or STEP model — offset headers, jogged runs, mixed QD sizes and asymmetric drop patterns are all machinable in-house, so there is no penalty for odd geometry. Typical designs from $4,650/pair depending on geometry and drop count; you get a dimensioned approval drawing with the quote in 24-48 hours. Same 225 psi hydro test, cleaning, capping and bagging as every manifold we ship.
