Fill, flush, and pressure-test direct-to-chip liquid cooling loops without waiting a quarter for a cart. We machine the 316L manifolds in-house, so you get a US-built commissioning cart in weeks instead of months, with no bought-in manifold hidden in the price. Every wetted component is cleaned, capped, and bagged for coolant service before it leaves the shop.

A fill cart is the first piece of hardware a commissioning team touches on a liquid-cooled deployment, and it is usually the one holding up the schedule. The big-name carts do the job, but with 12-plus week lead times they turn a routine loop fill into a procurement project. We build ours around manifolds we machine on our own machining and turning centers: 316L stainless wetted path, 25-micron absolute filtration, and a hydrostatic test circuit that covers the full 0-100 psi class used across ORV3 and direct-to-chip loops.

Three models cover the range: the RH-FC-150 for a single tech working rack by rack, the RH-FC-300 workhorse for row-scale fill and flush, and the RH-FC-600 for high-capacity work with data logging and a touchscreen decay-test routine. All three run PG25, PG30, or DI water, log or read out pressure decay, and roll on locking casters with integrated drip containment. Accessories - filter elements, UQD hose kits, adapters, and spill control - ship from stock.

The RH-FC-150 is sized for one technician working rack by rack: 26 inches wide, 120V wall power, and light enough to take up a freight elevator without a rigging crew. The 316L internal-gear pump delivers 15 GPM for fill and flush duty and holds stable pressure for hydrostatic testing across the full 0-100 psi class. Pressure decay is read on a 0.1 psi resolution digital gauge at the manifold - no software, nothing to configure, nothing to break. Wetted path is 316L stainless with EPDM and PTFE seals, compatible with PG25, PG30, and DI water.

The RH-FC-300 is the cart most commissioning teams actually need: 30 GPM of flush flow from a 316L magnetic-drive centrifugal pump, plus a separate 316L gear-pump circuit for hydrostatic and decay testing so you are not trying to hold test pressure with a centrifugal. The digital transducer runs a timed decay test with a psi-per-minute readout - set the hold time, walk away, come back to a number. A 55-gallon reservoir and dual cartridge filtration keep it running through a full row of CDU-to-manifold loops without stopping to swap elements.

Every test logs to CSV on a USB stick - pressure, temperature, flow, and decay rate, timestamped - so your commissioning report writes itself. Every commissioning job has one loop that does not match the hose ends on the cart. This 14-piece set covers UQD02, UQD04, UQD06, and UQD08-compatible couplings adapted to 1/2 in and 3/4 in NPT plus -8 and -12 JIC, all machined from 316L in our Van Alstyne shop. Each adapter is cleaned, capped, and bagged individually, and the set lives in a foam-lined case so you can see at a glance what walked off. Replacement singles are available - you do not have to rebuy the set because one adapter went home in someone's pocket.

Glycol on a data hall floor is a slip hazard and a change-control incident. This kit pairs a low-profile drip tray that rolls under rack-bottom manifold connections with enough absorbent material to handle the drips and small releases that come with quick-disconnect work. The tray is powder-coated steel with a ribbed floor so couplings sit above collected fluid, and the absorbents are rated for glycol solutions. Fits in the tool tray of any RH-FC cart.
