Built for dense GPU and accelerator racks where every U takes a drop: 1.5-inch 316L headers keep velocity under 2 m/s at 120 LPM per manifold, with 36 UQD04 drops at 1U pitch. Drop size steps up to UQD06 where individual nodes pull more flow — mixed drop plans are normal for us, not a special. Reference design from $5,600/pair; firm quote in 24-48 hours from your rack elevation. Hydro-tested at 225 psi, cleaned, capped and bagged, serialized test certificate included.
