UQD04 to 3/8 in Hose Barb Adapter

316L SSUQD04PG25

Turned from 316L bar on our own turning centers, this adapter threads into the G 1/4 BSPP female termination of a UQD04 coupling and transitions to a 3/8 in multi-barb for PG25-rated hose. The BSPP joint seals on a peroxide-cured EPDM O-ring boss seal. Passivated per ASTM A967.

UQD side	G 1/4 BSPP male per ISO 228-1; fits UQD04 G 1/4 female termination

Working pressure	Designed to 150 psi (10.3 bar); ORV3 secondary loops typically run below 50 psi
Temperature range	-4 to 194 F (-20 to 90 C)
Finish	Passivated per ASTM A967; cleaned, capped, and bagged
